Preventive user restrictions

To avoid fraud and abuse of international airtime transfer services a number of restrictive measures have been implemented:

Per recipient number:

  1. Maximum per day: 10 top-ups or 80 EUR
  2. Maximum per week: 15 top-ups or 120 EUR
  3. Maximum per month: 20 top-ups or 160 EUR

To meet the full compliance in countries where stricter legislation applies for sending and/or receiving airtime a number of measures have been devised. The criteria are a combination of:

  1. Sent maximum quantities and/or received
  2. Frequency of the transactions (per hour, daily, weekly, monthly)
